This means we will make every attempt to meet your needs before those of the general public. You will also receive priority status over other BluSky clients who are not part of a First Aid Disaster Response Plan. As one of the largest restoration contractors in the U.S., you can rest assured that we will be there for you when you need us most. Our National Catastrophe Team can be dispatched within a matter of hours to anywhere, at any time, coast to coast.
As part of our insurance contracting practices, we utilize Xactimate®, a software used world-wide by many of the largest insurers to help in settling claims. It features independent pricing and components that are widely accepted by disaster recovery firms and insurers alike, and can save you money. As a First Aid customer, you will also receive a discount on water mitigation services, no matter where in the country your property is located.
